I don't use every part of the planner, but I actually like having everything available when I need it. The weekly planning and assignment tracking are the features I use most.
There is a lot packed into this template. I initially thought I'd only use the basic planning sections, but I've gradually started using more of the student tracking and resource organization too.
If you prefer an extremely minimal planner, this may have more features than you need. For me, though, having the extra sections available has been useful during busier parts of the school year.
The yearly overview is probably my favorite part because I can see the bigger picture without digging through pages. I don't personally use the budgeting section much, but the planning tools have been really useful for us.
It hasn't magically made our homeschool perfectly organized — nothing probably could 😂 But having one place for our plans, lessons, assignments, and resources means I'm not constantly searching through different notes and documents.
